Job Purpose:
As the Sales Assistant your primary responsibilities will include playing a pivotal role in our sales team and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will gain valuable experience in the sales and financial services industry.
You’re perfect for this position if you:
• Have matric and or any tertiary level certificate.
• Are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Are enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong problem-solving skills.
Your role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
• Searching for new clients and qualifying leads
• Providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients by phone, email and in person (if applicable)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly disposition.
• Flexible work hours.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
• Ability to work well in a team.
Salary: R6000-R8000 + commission +bonus
