As our Human Resources Business Partner, you'll report directly to the Executive Manager : Human Resources and take the lead in executing our people strategy. You’ll play a key role in workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and enhancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Key requirements :
- Guide and support business integration of new acquisitions
- Champion and implement our EVP
- Lead in labour effectiveness, employee relations & skills development
- Drive HR analytics and policy compliance
- Foster a culture of high performance, morale, and retention
- Serve as a change agent in HR tech implementation and adoption
What You’ll Need :
- A B Degree (e.g., BCom or HR Management)
- 4+ years’ HR Business Partner experience in retail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Strong administrative abilities with keen attention to detail
- Own transport and willingness to travel
