Channel Specialist Our client in Stellenbosch is looking for a Channel Specialist to link consumer and shopper behaviour. You will deliver on the channel plan, build world-class campaigns and trade materials, manage planning systems, and conduct briefing and training sessions. Support brands, accounts, and regions in planning and execution. Monitor performance, build insights, and provide feedback into the channel and category management plans. Duties & Responsibilities Analyze and Influence: Shopper and consumer insights Activation readiness and roll-out Trade spend and return Develop: A picture of a perfect store layout, with disruption points per category A commercial story which supports the perfect picture Generic merchandise catalogue Catalogue of touchpoints and communication channels per key account Plan: Assist in building the annual channel plan down to account level Assist in building the annual category management plan per account Support: Key account, brand, and regional planning and execution Desired Experience & Qualification Completed Matric Relevant tertiary Degree / Diploma Channel Management experience within FMCG / retail environment
