Searching for a warm and friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic Restaurant host/hostess for their restaurant. You will be required to welcome and bid farewell to all guests as they arrive and depart. You are the first and last impression of the restaurant. You are expected to engage with guest, recognize VIPs and regulars and to ensure their meal and experience is up to standard. Escort guests to and from tables, and control the flow of traffic based on occupancy. Be familiar with all aspects of daily restaurant operations including, but not limited to; food, wine, reservation operations and service techniques. You must also be comfortable standing for long periods and managing a busy shift.

Experience Required
• 3 years experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and etiquette
• Strong interpersonal skills with a skills to manage complaints
• Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and great teamwork when under pressure with all restaurant staff & guests
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if/when needed
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
