Our client seeking a skilled Resident Engineer to join a prestigious wind energy project in the Northern and Western Cape regions of South Africa! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the renewable energy revolution while advancing your engineering career.
What You'll Do:
- Lead on-site supervision of civil and structural works for wind farm construction
- Ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications
- Manage contract administration and quality control
- Coordinate between engineering teams and contractors
- Mentor junior engineers and students
What We're Looking For:
B. Eng. or B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering
ECSA Professional Registration
Minimum 8 years' experience in Provincial Roads & earthworks
Experience with structures (bridges, retaining walls, stormwater systems)
Strong project management and leadership skills
Wind Tower Foundation experience (preferred)
Location: Pretoria Office (with site work in Northern & Western Cape)
Contract: 06 -month fixed-term position
