Enterprise Space supporting Mid Corp, High Touch and Public Sector Banking Managing a Team of Relationship Managers Reporting to the MS Enterprise Growth Head Role Purpose: To lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve sustained book growth by implementing effective sales strategies, enhancing team capability, and driving performance across assigned regions.
Are you someone who can: Achievement of net profit growth for Group Achieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients (optimising revenue opportunities) or by acquiring new clients.
Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions Manage existing clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leads Manage the growth of active customer Account Base to increase client base Maximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales team targets Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements Coordinate and facilitate all approved strategic projects.
Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase sales efficiencies of the team Research Market positioning and develop and optimise market intelligence, new business management, advances and management reporting Plan and execute campaigns successfully and on schedule.
Set standards and benchmarks for measuring successful campaign execution Monitor costs / benefits per campaign/channel.
Maintain operational accountability for all campaign execution Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data Manage own development to increase own competencies Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a relevant business diploma/degree Have 5 - 6 years' relevant sales and relationship management experience Are efficient on all Microsoft systems – Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams (mandatory)Are efficient on CRM Dynamics and Service Now Have own reliable transport (essential) – this is a national role that requires travel to various regions Are not an unrehabilitated insolvent You will have access to: An innovative work environment Opportunities for personal and professional growth Collaborative teams We can be a match if you are: Analytical Sales driven Strong communicator Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
