The role involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and property-related tasks, requiring excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A driver’s license is essential, and previous property or real estate experience would be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and personal support to management.
Manage diaries and schedule meetings.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation.
Assist with property-related tasks such as inspections, maintenance coordination, and record-keeping.
