We are looking for a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join our team.
Role Overview
The role involves proactive property management administration, including:
- Property requirements
- Customer care
- Credit control
- Building databases
- Insurance management
- Budgeting
Additional Responsibilities
The successful candidate will also be responsible for attending and managing trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs, including typing minutes and preparing for meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work evenings for meetings
- Knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act
- Minimum of 5-7 years of property management experience
- Experience in conducting trustee meetings
- Experience in compiling residential and/or commercial body corporate budgets
- Experience in typing minutes of trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
- Must have a car and a valid driver's license
- Must be available to work in the evenings for trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
