Key Responsibilities (Summary):
Manage day-to-day operations, cleanliness, and maintenance of the residence.
Provide first-line support to students, promote a positive community, and enforce house rules.
Supervise cleaning staff and assist with scheduling and supply needs.
Handle room check-ins/outs, keep basic records, and report maintenance issues.
Drive students to and from campus using the hostel shuttle (PDP license required).
Be available after hours for emergencies and maintain ongoing communication with management.
Requirements:
Experience in property, hospitality, or student residence management is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must live on-site and hold a valid PDP license.
South African ID or valid work permit required.
Police clearance and medical check may be requested.
