Position: Property Broker
Overview:

Responsibilities:
Grow a database of sellers and buyers in targeted regions.
Promote the auction platform as the optimal property disposal solution.
Develop networks and collaborate with parties that could refer properties for auction.
Secure mandates for the sale of properties and assets.
Market mandated properties and register buyers for auctions.
Continuously enhance knowledge of real estate segments and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or Property Broker.
A strong track record of successful property sales.
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Valid EAAB FFC certification.
Must reside in Cape Town or be willing to relocate
