Inspection of “first and last off” of each production run.
Do 100% inspection on final product and ensure all results are entered into job card and a green QC sticker completed and attached to the job card before releasing orders for dispatch
Carry out in process inspections and spot check that operators are following the correct procedures
Record all inspection results on job cards and segregate non-conforming product from conforming product
Report any non-conforming product to the Supervisor or Production Manager for disposition and ensure that reworked product is subjected to the full range of QC inspections
Assist with the investigation and implementation of corrective action for all non-conformances and customer complaints
