The purpose of the role is to manage the property and / or premises for government tenants to ensure tenant retention and management of the expenses. The role is secondly responsible for the overall maintenance of the premises and /or building.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric required.
- 3 Year business/property (e.g. Property Studies) related qualification preferred.
- Estate Agencies Affairs Board Competency Certificate (NQF Level 4) required.
- 3 Years of property management experience required.
- Code 08 Driver's license required
