Reference: 10038 NB Consultant: Nine Broodryk Job Description: Responsibilities: Ensure effective knowledge sharing with team members as well as internal teams. Examine potential areas for Service Improvement and raise proposals to Management. Provide technical leadership. Ensure all required development and implementation tasks are accurately specified and reflect the agreed workflow as confirmed by client. Ensure a project plan is created with agreed dates for each relevant phase of the project. Ensure the project plan and communication relating to progress and responsibilities is executed with a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Ensure implementation is done with adherence to proper testing protocol. Assist Support and Development staff with troubleshooting client logs related to projects. Ensure constant feedback to sites regarding their implementation and support hours. Report any site-specific implementation irregularities immediately to the board and client Project Sponsor. Ensure client leadership is actively made aware of strategic system opportunities; the level of training required to further user independence and opportunities/avenues that exist to streamline operational processes. Take responsibility for prioritizing tasks in terms of urgency and importance within available resources. Ensure that all log inquiries/requests are followed up, ensuring that client’s needs are met and quality of service delivery is upheld. Take responsibility for ongoing relationship building with the client after services are rendered. Prepare progress reports. Take responsibility for the ongoing improvement of implementation and project management procedures with supporting documentation. Take responsibility for the ongoing reporting of any irregularities to the Board of Directors. Qualifications:3-year Project Management/IT/Business Qualification.3-5 years leading projects. Strong technology inclination. Strong business acumen. Intensive troubleshooting knowledge. Previous experience in project or team management is a plus.
