• Before the start of project – prepare the project schedule
• Carry out a pre -site visit
• Ensure the project have sufficient labour and material resources
• Have secure knowledge of the project deadlines
• Set and monitor weekly targets for each site
• Ensure that programmes are being adhered to
• Monitoring and reporting on projects
• Notify management if any deadlines will not be met
• Oversee quality control and ensure quality is of the highest standard
• Oversee and ensure sign offs are completed
• Liaise with client project and contracts managers
• Draw up reports on the status of the various projects as require by the client and or OFP Management
• Assist in compiling monthly cost reports in conjunction with senior QSs on projects and report to directors
• Ensure that project is cost effective
• Monitor and report on material usage.
• Carry out On site measurements
• Carry out surveys
• Ensure H&S is being adhered to
