We are looking for a Project Manager
Ogilvy Social. Lab seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong digital background. This pivotal role involves orchestrating and steering diverse digital projects across markets and brands in Media, Content, and Intelligence. The Project Manager oversees project coordination from initial briefing to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
We believe that strong, agile project management fuels growth through collaboration with our solutions teams to deliver work that significantly impacts our clients’ businesses. The role requires meticulous planning, understanding of digital marketing, content creation, media, and strategy, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Client Management & Project Delivery

Own client projects from start to finish, acting as the main contact for all project-related communication.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
Develop and manage project status documents, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams for seamless execution.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources proactively.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage client expectations and address concerns proactively.
Conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
Manage creative team capacity and resourcing, flagging potential risks.
QA creative work against brand guidelines with attention to detail.
Ensure timelines and resources are aligned with the creative process.
Debrief creative teams and allocate tasks efficiently.
Track delivery against original SLA or scope.
Organize presentations and folders using Google Slides.
Work through client feedback to guide creative teams effectively.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Foster a collaborative, positive team environment with open communication.
Forecast and allocate resources based on project needs.
Manage daily operations, including scheduling and task management.
Support senior leaders in client engagements and presentations.
Identify process improvements to enhance team performance.

Financial & Administrative Management

Develop and oversee project scopes and budgets.
Manage purchase orders and pre-approval forms accurately and timely.
Handle project invoicing and expense tracking within budgets.
Record time spent on projects using Ogilvy platforms.
Provide internal and client reconciliations as needed.

Desired Skills & Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years in project management within an agency, preferably in social media and digital marketing.
Proven success in managing multiple projects, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong digital marketing knowledge: content creation, media, and strategy.
Experience with cross-functional or global teams, managing cultural nuances.
Ability to motivate teams and manage resources effectively.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
