Program Manager- Construction Projects

Pretoria

Well-experienced Program Manager.

The client needs a Professional QS registered with SACQSP or a Professional registered Construction Manager at SACPCMP
The person we are looking for will do Program Management of all Project Managers.

Will oversee the Project Management of all related Engineering Services, inclusive of Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical aspects. Will manage all the Project Managers in the Group.

The company specialises in Construction and Building Services, Construction of buildings at multi-skilled health consultancy and large privately owned hospitals across Africa.
Turnkey Projects.

Minimum Requirements / Qualification:
BSc in Quantity Surveying or BSC in construction management or Civil Engineering degree
MUST BE registered with SACQSP or at the SACPCMP as a Professional Construction and Project Manager
Essential: Project delivery knowledge
Responsibilities:
Oversee the construction and renovation of buildings, manage relationships with contractors, control space allocation, and maintain facility project budget
Responsible for Program management inclusive of Progress, risks, costs and quality of these projects as they progress from Initiation to Close Out
Oversee all the Program Managers and all construction and Consulting engineers in a Turnkey capacity including all Engineering Services, Electrical and Mechanical, working with or under the current Program Manager
