Join Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as a Professional Sales Representative in the Cardiovascular/Diabetes team at Westrand (JHB). This will be a full‑time, mid‑senior level role focused on selling, promoting, and supporting our pharmaceutical products to private sector clients in the region.

Job Description Role Selling, detailing, and promoting products to targeted private sector clients within a designated area.
Assisting with organization and presentation of divisional activities, conferences, speaker events, programs, and other promotional events locally or nationally.
Implement action plans aligned with the company’s marketing and sales strategy.
Visiting and interacting with key clients critical to company performance, as agreed with the respective Regional Sales Manager/National Sales Manager.
Maintaining a database of all targeted clients.
Collaborating with the Regional/National Sales Manager to leverage business opportunities in the designated areas. Essential Key Skills And Competencies Thorough understanding of the South African pharmaceutical industry and awareness of health‑care related events.
Ability to solidify and expand business relationships.
Strong communication skills to convey messages and motivate diverse audiences.
Efficient budget and resource management within the business model and expense policy.
Proven ability to sell products and achieve sales targets.
Quick learner of product/disease entity information.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy with strong data‑analytics skills. Behavioral Dimensions Required High level of integrity and adherence to all compliance guidelines.

Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
