The Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Commercial seedling production according to international quality standards
Implementation of production tasks
Prepare seedlings for transport & delivery
Guide & manage the production team Requirements include: Experience in intensive vegetable farming will be an advantage
Computer literacy (word, excel, power point)
Fluent in English & Afrikaans (write & speak)
Ability to work in a team, delegate and follow up
Ability to work in a smoke free environment
Valid driver’s licence
