What you’ll do

Develop streamlined onboarding and operational processes for forex products
Put yourself in the user’s shoes to develop the best possible user experience
Understand and systemise banking partner requirements
Liaise with counterparties to iron out processes and seek improvements
Train staff on processes
Continuously analyse, improve and adapt existing products
Develop and research new potential products that go beyond the scope of forex and South Africa
Manage team effectively to build out products while ensuring deadlines are met


What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (ie. Engineering, data analytics, etc) or alternatively 5 years industry experience
Experience in the finance space is beneficial, but not necessary
Excellent problem solving, with the ability to quickly develop a MVP


The ability to wear multiple hats to work with a multitude of teams and solve a variety of problems. Highly organised with an affinity towards keeping things neat and tidy
Strong management skills to lead a team effectively
Deliverable focused with a care for clean and articulate code
A start-up mindset, comfortable with products failing and having to be rapidly iterated
Comfortable as a self-starter working remotely
