Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of maintenance, including reaction, preventative, active, and planned maintenance.
Manage asset life cycle to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Continuously improve service quality and maintenance strategies.
Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
Manage operations employees, budgets, and resources effectively.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
Candidate GCC Factories certification.
Membership in an Engineering body (Pr Eng / Pr Tech).
Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Proven track record in leading and managing engineering teams.
Grade 12 qualification.
Code B Drivers License.
Minimum 7 years experience in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities management.
Strong technical background with excellent management and leadership skills.
