Job Description We are looking for a qualified actuary to be part of the executive team.

This permanent position provides the unique opportunity to the successful candidate to develop the actuarial function and manage the well-established internal risk We require a candidate with:•Must be fellow Actuary – Life Insurance experience•Honours degree in Actuarial Science•Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA)•Registered with the Institute of Actuaries or the Actuarial Society of South Africa.•Minimum of 5 – 8 years in similar position •Knowledge of the SAM framework•Effective report writing•Actuarial reserving techniques•Strong communicator•Predictive analytics modelling •Knowledge of various pricing models applicable to all products
