- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in pipe fitting in a manufacturing environment
- Able to read and understand drawings
- Fit and cut stainless steel pipes
- Align pipes during the assembly and secure pipes to structures using brackets and clamps
- Cut, thread, and prepare pipes to specifications using machine tools or hand tools
- Gather all components
- Once welding is completed check and repair leaks, perform system inspections, and ensure that piping systems comply with safety standards
- Interpret drawings to determine layout structures
- Promote and maintain awareness and compliance of health and safety in accordance with company policy
