As Pastry Chef reporting to thew Exec Chef - you’ll be responsible for leading & training your team in a positive working environment while creating a memorable dining experiences for clientele, assist in running a profitable kitchen, keeping to brand standards & HACCP strong.

Successful Candidates: SA Nationals or those with existing work permits.

Strong working knowledge of international cuisines, ingredients & products.5 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment Accreditation from a recognized Culinary School Food Hygiene and Safety trained.

Comfortable in both pastry & bakery departments Salary Package: Up to R30000 DOE + benefits
