Experienced chef required for Game Lodge in Limpopo.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a CDP chef position in a Lodge environment
• Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure.
• Well spoken and well presented individual.
• Must have grade 12.
• Must be able to work independently
• Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable.
Candidate will be required to:
• Create and maintain recipes.
• Maintain and implement hygiene standards.
• Assist with monthly stock takes.
• Ensuring that breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared for guest
