Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting, along with a deep understanding of restaurant floor management. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves overseeing the entire Restaurant floor. Applicants should be articulate and have outstanding customer service abilities. Preference will be given to those with a solid employment history and verifiable references. Familiarity with restaurant opening and closing procedures is necessary. Responsibilities will include managing staff, overseeing stock control, and addressing customer complaints.
