Investigator We are looking for an Investigator to join the team. Duties & Responsibilities Effectively and efficiently gather evidence, applying forensic and non-forensic methods. Timeously submit report(s) on loss control non-compliance issues. Act as advisor to relevant stakeholders on pre-employment and loss control issues. Co-determine with relevant stakeholders if information is actionable. Plan and prepare for, in conjunction with IR, disciplinary proceedings. If required, act as witness when called upon during MEIBC/CCMA/Labour Court/Criminal Court proceedings. Gather evidence and provide assistance to relevant law enforcement agency(ies). Assist complainant(s) in registering a criminal case. Facilitate criminal investigation process between internal and external stakeholders. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures. Report non-compliance. Desired Experience & Qualification10 Years Operational Investigation and Forensic Investigation experience essential. Driver's licence essential. Must be computer-literate – MS Office. Must be able to cope well under pressure and have good conflict handling skills. Exceptional planning and organising skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good coaching and facilitation skills.
