They are searching for a Site Operations Manager with over 10 years of proven experience running highly regulated complex sites successfully in terms of profits and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, including communities and municipalities. In this role, you will have the autonomy to demonstrate visionary leadership and mobilize teams to achieve long-term sustainability at one of the biggest, most successful, and strategic sites within the group. Key Responsibilities: Manage site operations in compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure profitability and sustainability of site operations. Minimum Requirements: Relevant Diploma or Degree in Operations or Business. Experience in the mining, waste management, or other complex highly regulated industries with strict licensing requirements is an advantage.
