Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, inventory, and vendor relations
Lead and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service
Optimize processes and ensure quality control for seamless operations
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to enhance operational success
Requirements:
BA degree

in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related
Certified in

Food Safety and Sanitation
Leadership, Management,

and

Financial Certifications

are advantageous
Experience with

inventory and supply chain systems
