IT Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis:
Manage IT problem investigations and implement corrective measures
Analyze IT incident trend data and eliminate root causes
Diagnose new incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence
Process Improvement and Change Management:
Lead process improvement and change management activities
Plan and execute projects with minimal disruption to business operations
Identify necessary changes in software applications and systems
IT Operations Optimization:
Provide technical guidance for information systems operations
Monitor operating systems and recommend improvements
Plan and recommend system modifications to increase capacity and efficiency
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Develop communication plans for organizational readiness
Act as a change agent to implement best practices
