Our client in Paarden Eiland is seeking an Operations Clerk to join their team Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Maritime or Logistics NQF 4/5 qualification
  • Must be computer literate
  • Monitor and communicate vessel arrival with port authorities
  • Manage the authorities and legal requirements for the vessel and crew requirements
  • Monitor discharge and load for vessel operation
  • Finalise plan and submit reports as per company requirements
  • Compile arrival and departure reports for all vessels
  • Compile vessel sailing schedule
  • Process invoices from all vendors for approval
  • Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable transport
