Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Excecutive Assistant/ PA /Office Manager
Strong Financial background
Excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficient in MS Office (Advanced)
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Executive support to the CEO, including daily management and scheduling of meetings
Prepare correspondence, presentations and confidential documents
