Candidate Requirements:
Matric and MCSE or equivalent.
2+ years in IT.
In-depth network knowledge (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, DNS, Firewalls, VMs).
Experience with backups and disaster recovery.
Proficiency in SQL database administration and network troubleshooting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage Microsoft-based server and network infrastructure.
Collaborate on strategic IT planning and system design.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement security measures, including firewalls.
Design and execute IT projects and upgrades.
Provide advanced support for technical issues.
Maintain documentation for networks and systems.
Conduct backups and manage disaster recovery.
Assist in hardware and software selection.
Train staff on IT tools and updates.
Oversee CCTV, generator checks, and physical security.
