This position manages and oversees the school's activity program.
Responsibilities Prepare a master sports calendar for games, events, and practices.
Familiarize with the gym, building, and athletic field use.
Coordinate gym use for practices and games, giving final clearance for either the gym or athletic field.
Work with coaching staff and transportation supervisor to schedule all athletic departure times and provide bus supervision with trip sheets.
Take care of travel arrangements and overnight accommodations for players or athletic teams and coaches.
Schedule officials for all athletic contests.
Secure game workers for athletic contests (clock operators, scorekeepers, line judges, etc.) and submit the list of workers for that contest to the event supervisor prior to the event.
