Leo Marketing is looking for a Paid Media & Campaign Lead to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands paid advertising platforms well, enjoys working with campaign data, and wants to grow inside a specialised boutique digital marketing agency.
You will lead the setup, optimisation and performance of campaigns across Meta, Linked In and Google Ads , helping our clients generate consistent leads and measurable business results.
While you will manage day-to-day campaign execution, you’ll work closely with the Leo Marketing team across strategy, design and client management .
This is a fully remote role and applicants must be based in South Africa or Mauritius. What you'll be responsible for: Setting up and launching paid campaigns across Meta, Linked In and Google Ads
Structuring campaigns, audiences, budgets and optimisation strategies
Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven improvements
Analysing campaign dashboards and identifying opportunities to improve results
Preparing reports and communicating campaign performance to clients
Managing platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Ads and Hub Spot
Ensuring proper tracking, integrations and conversion events are configured correctly
Launching campaigns and scheduling approved content across platforms
We also use several AI tools and automation systems to assist with campaign monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
What we're looking for: 2–3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager and Google Ads Preferably experience working inside a marketing agency environment Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data
Structured and organised approach to campaign management
Ability to explain campaign results clearly to clients
Fluent in English and Afrikaans The type of person who thrives in this role
