As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Temp, your primary responsibility is to recruit and place qualified candidates in temporary positions while fostering and expanding relationships with our existing clients.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Temp Reporting to: Branch Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop New Business: Research local market activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities to stay informed and competitive.

Use structured telephone sales techniques to engage prospective clients.

Maintain regular communication with prospects through various channels like mail shots and marketing initiatives.

Present suitable temporary and permanent candidates to clients in line with corporate guidelines.

Provide high-quality service to cultivate new business opportunities.

Maximize Business with Existing Clients: Regularly communicate with current clients to understand their ongoing recruitment needs.

Develop strong business relationships to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Use structured sales approaches to propose suitable candidates to existing clients.

Identify opportunities to place candidates with clients using competitor analysis.

Maintain profitability through competitive fee structuring aligned with service quality.

Conduct well-planned client visits to strengthen relationships.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation.

Placement of Temporary Staff: Identify suitable candidates and employ effective methods to attract them.

Conduct interviews following corporate guidelines to assess skills and qualifications.

Register candidates adhering to corporate and legal requirements.

Utilize assessments to evaluate skills and provide cross-training as needed.

Ensure efficient use of time with candidates who meet core criteria.

Match client specifications with candidate skills effectively.

Persuasively present candidates to clients and ensure understanding of job requirements.

Offer pre-interview advice to candidates to optimize their performance.

Follow up on placements to ensure client satisfaction and fee retention.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to foster loyalty.

Effective Administration: Ensure accurate completion of all necessary paperwork.

Maintain detailed daily and weekly performance metrics as required.

Set realistic timetables and targets for personal achievements, escalating issues to management as needed.
