Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to drive engagement and growth.
• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve marketing goals.
• Use social media as a tool to assist our recruitment team in acquiring talent to join our team.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in social media marketing.
• Proven experience in social media marketing: 2 to 3 years’ experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for analytics.
• Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-changing social media landscape.

Remuneration:
• R25 000 – R35 000 CTC p/m depending on experience and qualification.
