Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following):Identify and drive new business opportunities targeting relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders.Continually build an encouraging pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics ensuring KPIs are metDrive sales campaign and strategic initiatives, plan for account growth, identify opportunities for solution expansion and drive action plans around accounts that are at risk of non-renewal.Responsible for meeting the set budgetary targets and achieving growth by meeting these targets.Continuously identify sales opportunities.Continuously research industries and key accounts to ensure continuous sales growth.Discover customers needs and offer solutions to them through the companys services or products.Draft proposals, prepare costings and create sales presentations to prospective clients the benefits of our products.Assess clients needs and present Company solutions to match those needs.Ensure that quotations are delivered to clients within twenty-four hours of receipt of request and negotiate accordingly.Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.Work closely with the internal sourcing team and onsite teams to ensure headcount is managed effectively and to ensure optimal growth.Submit weekly stats and feedback to the directors. Qualifications, experience and knowledgeNational Diploma in Sales and/or MarketingGood communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing dealsGood networking skills and the ability to manage numerous client companies and customersAbility to work under pressure and devise sales strategiesAbility to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brandsPassionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers needsResilience and a willingness to deal with rejectionA proven track record in business development and client relationship management in a highly competitive business environment.Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player.
