Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective designs for various projects, including branding, marketing materials, print, and digital media.

- Assist in the development and execution of design concepts, ensuring they align with the client's brand identity and objectives.

- Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform the design process.

- Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).

- Support the team in preparing design files for production and ensuring they meet the required specifications.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and insights.

- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and incorporate feedback into the design process.

- Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure the quality of all design deliverables.



Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).

- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Understanding of design principles and ability to apply them effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.
