Liquor Distributor based in Umhlanga is Currently looking for an experienced Warehouse and distribution supervisor.

Salary: Basic Salary Negotiable depending on experience, plus Provident fund of 7.5% of CTC


Requirements
2-3 years Warehouse and Distributions Supervisor
Liquor Industry Experience will be an advantage.
Computer Knowledge: Syspro experience will be an advantage


Responsibilities:
Manage Receiving and Distribution of Warehouse operations.
Safeguard Warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Manage customer service as well as customer satisfaction, queries, complaints etc.
Manage efficient deliveries.
Manage Warehouse and Distribution staff.
Perform HR functions as and when necessary – Disciplinary procedures.
Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity.
Oversee the maintenance of Fleet & Warehouse equipment.
Manage and coordinate all projects. (Onsite as well as offsite)
Interaction and Communications with Sales department.
Implementation of policies and procedures. (SOP).
Monthly Stock Takes and report on all variances.
Process monthly reports. Stats – WMS – Syspro.
Utilize WMS and Syspro to manage stock holdings and variances.
Interaction and dealing with various suppliers.
Manage and control of Biotime.
Interview all prospective warehouse and distribution employees and make recommendations on persons to be employed.
Implementation of Health and Safety.
Interaction with Directors on various projects and day to day operations.
Ensure the company image is upheld.
