Senior Creative Designer
What you will do:
Develop creative concepts for retail campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines. Focus on engaging customers and enhancing brand visibility
Produce high-quality materials like posters, brochures, signage and event branding. Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines, maintain consistency and ensure client satisfaction
Apply expertise in typography, layout, colour and branding. Stay updated on design trends to keep work fresh and relevant
Work with creative, marketing and account teams to achieve campaign goals. Foster open communication and idea-sharing to enhance outputs
Balance innovation with client needs to create engaging designs that improve customer experiences and strengthen brands
Aim for award-worthy designs and inspire teams and clients with exceptional work

What you must have:
Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
7+ years in design, preferably in retail or agency settings, with an award-winning portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, expertise in retail marketing and branding, attention to detail and high-quality work delivery
Experience in retail shopping centre campaigns or large retail clients; recipient of notable design awards
