We are looking for a dynamic New Business Developer / Account Manager to drive new business and nurture our valued client relationships.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
In this hybrid role, you’ll focus on both new business development and account management, ensuring excellent service delivery while growing your client portfolio.
New Business Development
Prospect and secure new business through platforms like Linked In, referrals, and industry networks
Secure a minimum of 8 new business meetings per week
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Present and close deals across our full suite of offerings
Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Ensure service delivery excellence and SLA compliance
Manage installations, repairs, relocations, and quotations
Monitor fleet performance and proactively address client needs
Administration & Reporting
Keep CRM systems updated (training provided)
Submit weekly admin and pipeline reports
Support budgeting and sales reporting processes
What We’re Looking For
Matric (Grade 12) — Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Commerce is an advantage
2–3 years’ proven experience in sales or business development
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
Strong understanding of customer service and account management
Experience selling business solutions such as MPS, document management, or software is highly beneficial
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive market
