Head of Marketing - Johannesburg - Yellosa

The successful Head of Marketing - Africa will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual Africa marketing & communications plan, focusing on driving student admissions and retention across our portfolio of Africa schools.

1. Develop clear messaging strategies for all schools to drive differentiation in the market.
2. Work with schools to deliver school level communications, including newsletters and social media.
3. Regularly review admissions data to inform marketing activities and campaigns.
4. Maintain and build our image and reputation across paid, owned and earned channels.

The successful candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience working in Marketing.
2. A University Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing / Communications or similar.
3. Native or near native level of spoken and written English.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Digital performance and traditional ATL campaign experience.

This role requires regular travel within Africa and a high level of Microsoft Office proficiency.

Salary Range: R1 Million - R1.8 Million per annum
