Responsibilities The Role: Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations for Oracle HCM Cloud by replicating our worldwide success. Execute the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success. Drive transformational deals, working with, and influencing C-level decision makers. Collaborate with high-performing, hard-working and supportive functions enabling your success. Develop long-term sustainable relations with customers and partners. Work with a variety of customers, from charities and healthcare trusts to large, multi-national strategic accounts. Our sales roles are a combination of new business, expansion, renewals, and account management. What you will bring: You understand the decision-making process and have the ability to influence key decision makers. Experience selling high-end Software as a Service (Saa S) solutions or consulting services to large enterprises.5+ years proven sales experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud solutions. Passion for Human Resources and its related functions like Recruitment, Talent Management, Workforce Planning,…Experience in public speaking to represent Oracle HCM at Marketing events. Experience selling to senior level business owners (head of business unit) or IT/HR Directors is a strong asset. Experience leveraging social media to drive prospects and customer engagement.
