The Role SDR/BDR - Media Executive This role is perfect for a confident B2 B sales professional who is ready to step up and take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Reporting directly to one of the directors, you''ll be empowered to implement your own outbound strategies, hunt down new opportunities, and engage clients with energy and insight. Key Responsibilities Proactively prospect and generate new B2 B leads across SME and enterprise clients Follow up on inbound leads and book discovery calls Conduct client outreach via phone, email, and Linked In to build rapport and drive interest Own and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track all activity Lead client conversations with marketing professionals around print-media campaign opportunities Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of closed deals Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets About You Minimum 3 years of B2 B sales experience with a proven outbound track record Strong phone presence and ability to build quick rapport Confident engaging with senior decision-makers in marketing Skilled in CRM software and pipeline management Organised, self-driven, and structured in your sales approach Strategic thinker with a proactive, go-getter mindset Creative in outreach and excited to experiment with new sales tactics Ambitious and ready to grow with a business that values ownership and visibility If you''re hungry to make an impact and thrive in a fast-paced, remote sales environment this could be your next big move.
