Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers to grow market share.
- Research market trends and competitors.
- Train dealership staff on products and sales skills.
- Provide after-sales support and manage policy administration.
- Ensure SLAs are met throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and present sales reports.
- Travel to various dealer locations as needed.
- Essential:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Preferred:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
- RE Qualification
- FAIS Accreditation
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM).
- Experience in the motor industry and understanding dealer operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FAIS, CPA, POPIA).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High drive for results.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
