Experience:
5-7+ years in web design, development, UI/UX, and graphic design.
Proven leadership in web projects and mentoring.
Expertise in front-end (HTML, CSS, Java Script) and Word Press CMS.
Strong UI/UX design process knowledge (research to prototyping).
Solid portfolio of work using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
Experience collaborating with back-end developers, implementing SEO, optimizing performance, and ensuring quality.
Familiarity with version control (Git).
Familiarity/experience in the Fintech industry advantageous
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Mastery of front-end technologies and UI/UX principles.
Proficiency in graphic design software and Word Press.
Understanding of responsive design, SEO, accessibility.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and a continuous learner.
