Job Description The Group Head Digital Marketing will lead the development and execution of Old Mutual Limited’s e Commerce, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing strategies across the Group. Responsibilities: Lead strategic development and engagement to drive sales growth on digital platforms (web and mobile). Oversee Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategies, implementation, policies, and governance. Manage analytics to optimize sales, increase conversion, and reduce site abandonment; lead digital analytics and personalization strategies. Implement new digital sales campaigns, maintain existing ones, and develop advanced testing and unique shopping experiences for different customer segments. Manage marketing automation campaigns and platforms. Deliver and implement personalization initiatives across digital assets to enhance traffic, satisfaction, and conversions. Design targeted offers and communications across digital channels including website, mobile, and email. Optimize audience segmentation to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Lead key capabilities such as Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, customer retention, and digital adoption. Main Priorities/Deliverables: Develop strategies to grow digital sales and revenue, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. Lead Performance Marketing, SEO, and Digital Marketing functions, fostering process and capability enhancements. Achieve digital sales targets within the group's risk appetite. Maintain an organic online brand presence aligned with the Brand Promise. Lead SEO strategy and implementation. Create digital sales value via various online platforms. Drive performance marketing and digital sales initiatives, tracking effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed. Collaborate with brand teams on digital material creation and develop sales tools. Identify external digital sales opportunities and report performance to senior management. Additional Responsibilities: Optimize digital sales, profit, and customer experience metrics. Manage budgets and vendor relationships. Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams. Develop differentiated online shopping experiences with emerging omni-channel capabilities. Analyze trends, monitor performance, and conduct competitive research to maximize ROI. Lead end-to-end sales journey optimization and deployment. Identify and resolve issues proactively during execution. Coordinate with internal teams to support performance outcomes. Qualifications and Experience:8-10 years management experience, including 3+ years at executive level.5-7 years as a Performance Marketing strategist, with a focus on digital channels and platforms. Proven ability to organize multiple tasks and deliver results on time. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Technical understanding of digital marketing concepts. Knowledge/Skills: Expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Personalization, and Content Strategy. Strong business judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to build cross-functional relationships and lead digital initiatives. Competencies: Collaboration, Customer Focus, Execution, Innovation, Leadership, Learning, Strategic Thinking.
