Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain existing customer base and increase customer base monthly
Achieve monthly Sales and Listings targets
Grow Customer base by identifying new customers as well as new areas to penetrate
Gather information on market segments, competitor activities, market pricing levels, competitor pricing and strategies
Ensure an informed customer base
Keep abreast of product knowledge
Ensure customer loyalty
Weekly load projection
Resolve customer queries
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Marketing qualification
Experience in building hardware retail environment
3 - 5 Years working experience in a similar role
Valid Driver’s License
Fluent in Afrikaans
