How about you?Job Grade: 09 Location: Cape Town - JC Le Roux Function: Commerce Sub Function: Commerce - Marketing - Sponsorship Type of Contract: Permanent Reference Number: 137834 Closing Date: 30/06/2025 Purpose of the job: The Brand Home Manager is responsible for creating a memorable, innovative, and world-class brand experience focused on building brand image, increasing guest numbers and satisfaction, promoting and educating, while optimizing profit. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage Visitor and e Commerce sites. Increase footfall to the JSD (tours & corporate bookings) and curate memorable experiences that foster affinity for SA wines. Manage and grow the e-commerce, D to C channel—online sales of premium brands. Promote the growth of the South African wines category. Partner with the Marketing team to align strategies and plans. Oversee operational management of brand homes, including renovations, stock management, venue utilization, and maintenance. Implement the Brand Home strategy to maximize consumer experience and profit. Develop and execute tourism strategies to expand the target market and increase guest numbers. Manage the annual income, expenditure, and guest targets for the brand homes. Analyze monthly sales, statistics, and variance reports. Organize functions, conferences, and events at the brand homes. Support the brand team in managing wine tastings. Maintain and implement the Quality Management System (QMS). Complete monthly reports and audits. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. Develop comprehensive training programs for brand home service, sales, and consumer interaction, aligned with industry best practices and brand strategy. Assist with business deliverables for JV partners and suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards and values. Ensure adherence to SLAs with internal and external Brand partners to align with company performance standards and strategies. Drive continuous improvement and innovation through new ideas, systems, and work processes. Education & Experience: A relevant marketing or hospitality qualification. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Hospitality, Marketing, or E-commerce. Passion for brands and brand building. Digital proficiency with E-commerce strategies and social media. Effective presenter and communicator. Strong emotional intelligence, verbal, and written communication skills. Analytical skills and computer literacy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage projects independently. Effective interaction with staff, departments, vendors, and customers. Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
