Overseeing front-of-house operations (check-ins, guest relations, reservations)
Ensuring excellent guest experiences and handling complaints
Coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen, and guides
Managing stock, supplies, and budgets
Handling staff schedules and training

Ensuring the lodges buildings, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems are in working order
Conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative checks
Overseeing landscaping, pools, and other outdoor areas
Managing maintenance staff and contractors
Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
Keeping inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials
